Yeah that died along time ago. Only thing that happens with LRs is what i do now  i create all of them and i post them all when i can, i can over cover the korean tournaments so i HTML the other tournaments like DreamHack etc. However i also have taken over Dota LRs too so im spread pretty thin xD

How do you make the OPs, manual editing of code? If yes, we could maybe collectively set up some automatization, there has to be plenty of programmers (and even I could patch something together, but I don't know how the user-friendliness of that would be).

lichter is too busy doing admin stuff (he also does FPL now). And Lorning, well, he's never been the same since Prime died.

Yeah no one helps, shelly justs does his shelly things, lorning is afk but its ok i dont mind. It only really bad when i have lots of Dota tournaments to do at the same time.

Most of the OPs are just an exercise of editing in, we use the same structure in the LR resources thread which i just change it around. Add in new liqqy piddy link/date - time/ matches/ players/ format/banner etcetc the only issue is getting the recommended games done as i can html and use the liqqy piddy to auto updates ops with html however there is no bot to post recommend games

I can recall many games where Taeja would be floating above 1k minerals during the mid game. Granted, Taeja queues a lot less than other terrans, but he never had AMAZING macro (relative to other terrans of his caliber). Of course, he was an amazing player regardless.

Killing LBM was a terrible mistake. Zerg is now protoss and soon we will get queen cannon or something like that.

Zerg´s have been playing quite horribly for a while then. You are absolutely right that you do not lose because of imbalance when you forget half of your army. Some zerg´s do play other starts also

I would nearly agree. I mostly don't like the way KR Z are playing and even hardcore Z biased people can identify mistakes in the games they lose. So I'm at a loss. People like soO were incredible in HotS and they seem to have just lost their touch in LotV ; is it because the game is blatantly imbalanced -and we don't see this in foreignland since there are very few good foreign T- or because KR Z didn't adapt well for various reasons ? I think we should still give this queen patch some more time but the situation of Z in KR is rather worrisome.

Before queen buff I'd agree that tvz is t favored but the few games we've seen post-patch looked different.
The 3 base pre-hive timing doesn't look unstoppable anymore and the zergs mainly lost because of stupid mistakes.

that's why I hope we give this patch some time. Sadly a lot of Z already got TvZed before the patch and maybe the ones remaining lacked time to understand the subtleties and things you can abuse with this queen range meta.

I realize that, but we don't think that zerg sucks in Korea because Taeja and Maru won today, we think that because there is a consistent trend over a lot of the late korean results. We don't have that for foreign zergs. They're doing well in Valencia, which tells me that they aren't underperforming, but there is no trend that would lead me to accept that they "dominate" outside of Korea. yeah but as I said the patch is recent and I think it should really help Z in both mus ; problem is a lot of Zs had been eliminated before or couldn't get enough practice to succeed vs very strong opponents. Even more problematic is the fact we will basically get zero competition until Blizzcon with high level Z vs high level Koreans, so it will be incredibly hard to assess if further action is needed before Blizzcon.

for KR probably no one, there will be a lot of foreign Z though. But yeah only Dark. Though he can very well go on to win the whole thing, a bit like Life when he won his Blizzcon in a rather bad Z meta.

What interest me in those game is that some of them went to late game, and they did -in these games- find there. Of course there is no way to say only from today that it is completely viable or not, especially since Zerg didn't try (or succeded) to add broodLord tech, but they did not looked ridiculous weak as we read sometimes here. The "kill before Hive unless you die" attitude is not necessarily true.

As a Zerg fan the GSL is really painful to watch sometimes. Not even trying to comment about balance or the skill of players, just gets tiring seeing Z lose over and over. At least Dark advanced in SSL.

Just finished watching all the games. I wish Taeja reconsiders his retirement. With the games he showed and the way he copied Maru's build as well as being able to destroy Zergs in a macro game, there's no good reason for him to retire. Outside of health of course.

I believe TaeJa and MC showed better games in a last few days than ANY 'fresh blood' contenders in past 2 years did. it's insane how good TaeJa actually is.
Also it was SoO mistake not to veto Frost as it's an old map on which TaeJa won tournament after tournament. Frost is a heaven for macro terran because there you never run out of space to drop medivacs, no queen range can save zerg on this map.
SoO never really studied TaeJa VODs it seems. Big mistake. For instance, Ragnarok vetoed Frost and King Saejong. That was brilliant decision. Between SoO and Ragnarok, Ragnarok prepared better for the day. But failed anyway to beat TaeJa, the macro GOD.
