But as I said I agree Z slight early game buffs are needed, and they're going to happen, so I don't even know why we're arguing here. | ||

If a player has 1/3 chance of being any given race, the absolute top (let's say the top 20) has 0 reason to be racially balanced. It's too small a sample. | ||
