"Foreigners" can't catch up because Koreans have pro teams and coaches. They have practice infrastructure.

Sure, but I have to wonder what the excuse is when it comes to Polt. He's been in the US for 3 years. Was he just so dominant that his out-of-prime form is still miles better than every foreigner?
