I mean Polt and Hydra did quite well in the Blizzcons they played, and if they draw players that aren't in top shape...

I mean, Polt's incentive to improve for the past few years has been winning even more I'd say. But yeah, their chances at the Global Finals aren't that great atm, even if we don't know any of the Korean players attending yet (well one of Solar/Dark/ByuN coming from SSL is exceedingly likely). Could get lucky though and get someone who's in bad shape.

Ah Polt is just gonna secretly practice on the KR server like for the last Blizzcon where he looked the sharpest he had all year (shame he lost his first match). And he's always motivated to win. But you can always get shitty groups, and we have no singular clue which Koreans will be at Blizzcon.

I agree their level is not enough atm compared to the likes of Solar/Byun/Zest but as you said Blizzcon is really far away. Remember how bad Polt was playing in WCS season 2 ? I think they are experienced enough to reach their peak for Blizzcon, they know they don't need to be at their peak to reap enough points to get there (hell, even on subpar form they're likely to win the WCS circuit events).
