They give you indication of form, and they are more recent, as well as after a patch that changed a lot for Protoss. Drogo has mostly lost recently, including the force of nature that is JonnyREcco. He's far more out of place than Polt, that's for sure.

If i were to be completely honest, a power ranking system based on recent form/performance doesn't makes sense to me in SC2.
Because it has always been very volatile and patches have been known to make a big difference.

Polt beat sOs on Feb 7th. He lost to Neeb and Hydra a week later, and he lost to Kelazhur two weeks after that, and he lost to Neeb again the next day.
Anyway I'm pretty good with having one person out of place on a 32-man PR. Focus on the writing, and have fun with it! That's what we're here for, so just enjoy the games and stop worrying about who's out of place. <3
