Because they have the proper visa Visas, they don't live in Korea. Banning them by race alone probably wouldn't go over well. ohhh, I get the official policy. But why is it like it is? Passport lock/permanent residency lock (so Masa can attend and we get no charges of racism) would have been just as good from the legal standpoint. | ||
