What Life did to Classic throughout that series (particularly games 4 and 5) remind me of what MVP did to that Protoss in that final game where his 2 rax failed, then he massed units, hid, then went around once the Protoss thought he could poke out a bit.

I don't really agree with that at all, I judge the greatest as the one who made me believe in more than just the game. Life might be the best player of all time, with the most wins and the most prize money, but that doesn't make him the greatest in my mind.

IMO you should only look at the results, not the circumstances for the players (who knows what other problems players are struggling with, without we knowing it).
