Even with the Gfinity tournaments that aren't on during IEM, I can't really find myself.. caring. I don't know what it is, really. The people involved in the event don't even seem to care about it; They don't promote it well and the production seems sub par.

I hate when tournaments do this. I wish they spend more money on players or prize pool instead of flying celebrities to comentate/analyze.

did huk just say that he wouldn't get an attack notification when the DT killed workers? This is not BW!

I think he could've won if he just did another hydra/ling attack with some not-too-bad transition lined up behind it

Departuree!!!!! No shame! All-inn! YEAAAAA!!!! I´m really starting to like this kid!

Also are we sure we wanna bench Flash for First on Proleague?

That was the most natural pose I've ever seen. It just radiated "victory".

Empty audience. G infinity is bad at marketing

Oh lord, that place looked so empty.
And I wish Innovation showed even a quarter of the enthusiasm that Departure does.

Anticlimactic as fuck but... YEAH! GO DEPARTURE!!!

Departure!! Epic win!
Between Losira winning Asus ROG and now Departure winning Gfinity it's a nice week for MVP

these ceremonies get worse and worse...

was there a single person in the crowd,i seen nobody at all?

The sad thing for me is the fact that they have money and production value. An event like this needs to be hyped by the producer, sc2 is not at cause for once, you can pretty much fill at least half of the room anywhere in the world. Communication & Marketing is the key of success.

Well done for Departure finally winning something

Oh lol, I missed the end. Well, I guess we can say it was not the most hyped tournament of all time. :/

Banks has the kind of accent I normally only hear in Guy Ritchie movies.

Didn't Redeye move over to Gfinity in order to be the producer? Thought that was going to be his role, but I could be remembering incorrectly.

I posted a long text on Reddit four months ago, pointing what was wrong with Gfinity tournaments. I tweeted it to ReDeYe and Robert Ohlen. Both read it and told me within a few minutes that there would be some improvements. We can safely say that it is not the case.
