OK, he was asking whether there is a mod where you can start the game and then start actually the game. IT was done by Gameheart previously. I am not sure whether it is done this way now, since I don't watch replay packs from tourneys(it usually loaded the lobby too). Long story short - I don't think they are using something extra just because they are Koreans.
