If you bet a couple ten thousands the profit will be large enough. | ||

I mean it is always possible that SK has a bad day and Creator practiced a fuckton for this match, and ends up winning. And then you lose a lot of money if you didn't make sure Creator would lose. Even if you get a small return on your bet, you still get a 100% certain return. I mean take ForGG vs MarineLord. MarineLord had, like, 20% chances of winning that Bo5? Less than that maybe? Yet someone betting a lot on ForGG would have been very very close to losing his money. | ||

On topic It doesn't matter if the favourite or underdog is guaranteed to lose if a match if it is fixed it is free money betting on the other player regardless of the odds. Marineking was never a favourite against Byul, but when Byul got bet in from 1.70 to 1.07 someone knew he was going to win in a bo1. If either Soulkey or Creator is 8.00 in ANY map in a bo1 it's 99% likely to be match fixing. Soulkey was only a 3 to 1 favourite for the series let alone a single map. | ||
