Dream hasn't really done much since getting rekt by Maru, aside from getting rekt by $O$ and not completely sucking vs SuNo. Dream vs Life is legitimately the only reason why he's considered a top terran. | ||

I don't think you can be considered good in a global sense based on WCS standings alone. WCS is basically equal to a low-mid tier foreign tournament.
