But I got to admit, I didn't calculate everything :-P Just my impression considering the current standing and the remaining matches. Hm nah, both Samsung and SKT can get to 4:3 with higher mapscore than +3 (which KT would have with two 3:2 wins) KT getting the 3-0 against Samsung was really important. Yep. If they wanna be sure to advance they need at least +5 in the next two mathes though (i think) Always depends on how Samsung plays. Optimal would be completely stomping MVP and ST-y so the pressure is on Samsung if they lose their next series. Also, SKT is under pressure, they're only 3-2 in series, they could theoretically drop out. I think if KT wins with a mapscore of +5 i the next two matches they advance no matter what. (first matchscore, then mapscore, then score against each other, right?) If Samsung wins twice and SKT beats MVP I think KT is in 5th. Oh you're right they'd have a better map score than SKT <.<
Well, better hope they don't get map penalties again -.-.

edit: i am just not sure how draws in mapscore are decided, mapwins or the result of the direct confrontation?

Still, if KT gets a map penalty again like in round 1 they probably finish 5th because the B-team got stomped by SKT <.<

If KT goes +5 they are at 16-10 in maps, SKT could reach at best 15-10. If KT gets a map penalty they are even in map wins.

They both have the same amount of mapwins though :D

Edit: Took me a while to find it, but Woongjin and STX are both at +4, Woongjin has more wins, STX won the match between the two teams, Woongjin was taken as 2nd place.

Well it doesn't matter anyway, +5 and KT is in the playoffs

don't quote me on this but I"m pretty sure if you're tied on match score and map differential you play a tiebreaker, there were a few last year.

Yeah sure, but +5 isn't the easiest thing to do tbh :D You always can lose a silly map per match. Even though KT should win vs MVP and Startale fairly easily
