They really need to tighten up the season because it is really hard to care about what is going on over a 3 month span when there are only 10 or so actual days of games. Yeah the month break is really strange to me also kind of not a fan that round of 16 and playoffs are all together, learned that like right now D: I think if we had some hype building stuff, like videos, interviews etc... the 1 month break would not be a problem at all, but I bet we are not going to have any of that until like 2 days before the finals

Four out seven foreign Terrans in this tournament were eliminated by rematches that they won the first time (Kelazhur to TLO, Happy to PiG, Morrow to Hydra, Iaguz to MacSed). Maru also demoted to foreign terran after GSL this week

It just makes me sad to see the untapped potential AM has compared to EU, sorry to say.

They go to Smix for her opinion (which really isn't an opinion, just a reiteration of what the upcoming matches are), show a Gigabyte commercial, then show a timer with techno music. It is just a glaring issue that I see with the production, and obviously they have the capabilities to conduct interviews with players, so why not just do it? I really like to hear about the matches from the player's perspectives after their matches, and without it it just seems lifeless. Since I am only halfway through the vod, idk if they do interviews after the winners and finals matches, but the potential hype lost after the first two matches isn't great. It just makes me sad to see the untapped potential AM has compared to EU, sorry to say. Since you're only halfway through, I'll clarify: AM's policy has been to only conduct interviews with the player after they've advanced from the group, which I understand the pros and cons of. On the one hand, better content, n the other, players may want to focus on the matches.
