Since there is a lot of anime discussion going on, I wanted to ask if there's any animes that are good for someone who typically doesn't watch any. I used to watch some when I was a kid/teen like Cowboy Bebop, Yuyu Hakusho, and Trigun. But every time I try to watch a popular anime in the last few years I can't get past some of the extraneous stuff to even tell if it would be worth watching for the plot. Maybe I'm just getting older.

My gf doesn't care for SC2 but she thinks violet is sexier as well. Maybe because he actually speaks some English and the way he carries himself.
