I mean Snute has a style that works for him but he seems really rigid at times. Always a safety roach warren and swarmhosts. He could have benefited from the early muta flock especially against a guy called the "terrorist terran."

I don't think it's quite fair to judge the validity of his strategy just based on that game alone; there are many games of Snute's that showcase why it can be very strong. What I would really question is these small amounts of roaches that he's been making the past two maps. Both players were playing fairly evenly, but the roaches, they really didn't do anything for him. And small edges make a big difference when both players are playing evenly.

Well, it looks like flying to europe really worked out well for Fantasy.

to be fair, inferno pools is a terrible map for zerg with horizontal spawns. losing the mutas early didn't help either. but still, snute played pretty well overall. I hope he's less tired than his opponent in the 3rd place match. He'd really deserve it.
