I was most impressed by the Snute v Fantasy games. The persistence of Fanta keeping the creep back and the patience with engaging was astounding. I actually got a little hard watching it.

That said, it seems it was picked apart by Fanta/Cure once they knew what was going on. I was most impressed by the Snute v Fantasy games. I actually got a little hard watching it. It honestly looked like a regular ZvT where the T is just one-upping the zerg, mostly mechanically but also in terms of luck this time(due to map). Once Terran gets an edge, he can send endless waves of bio at the zerg, especially on maps and position like on inferno pools. The rush distance resulted in almost 0 creep spread, and due to the mutas not able to use their mobility sniping medivacs was super hard, all engagements that Fanta took were in his favour(due to bad creep spread) and after Terran got 20ish Medivacs, handling drops was simply impossible. I think Snute didn't get outplayed in terms of being a much worse player, in fact Fantasy could've ended the last game earlier than he did but Snute held on pretty strong. Really bad luck, on any other map, any other position he would've won I think. I missed the series against Cure(damn Flu!) but I suspect that his series against Fanta got the best of him. I think Snute could've definitely beaten Cure ~

I think Snute could've definitely beaten Cure ~ Cure played in all 3 IEM qualifiers, that's high level Starcraft 2 for almost 24 hours straight. He played on the EU server from Korea, so with high latency. And the whole thing was still a 3-0 with Snute never being ahead for more than an instant. As much as Cure's micro suffered from his ping, his macro was much more on point than even Fantasy's. Also Cure is like a top 5 TvZ player, so your faith in Snute is a bit optimistic IMO.
