A lower number of games is where the appearance of a bonjwa is most likely.
He meant the better player is favored by longer series.

Yeah I definitely disagree with that. However its hard to compare the influence of BW and SCII's tournament schedule's influence on bonjwahood, as the patches in SCII are an important outside influence.
