I disagree with your first statement, hence the examples. And while the average level of play may be higher, I believe that this is merely indicative of how big of a leg up Korea gets on the rest of the planet. But I know better than to prolong this argument for no benefit. | ||

At the tip top yes, but Code A Korean's and even some ro32 Code S players are really the exact same level as your top tier foreigners | ||
