he lost 400 minerals + 3 drones but he did force the terran to lift and made him get a tank earlier than he wanted. He also got to take his 3 bases pretty unmolested. There was also the chance that he could just win the game straight away I guess. Pretty ok opening but I would give maru the edge. | ||

Starport for Maru. 8:00  Maru 49 vs  soO 52Reactor goes on the factory. soO getting lots of drones. Creep has been spread for soO. Baneling nest on the way for soO. Maru using quite a few scans to clean up creep tumors. Maru going for a tank drop?? 9:00 Maru 71vs soO 75Combat shields for Maru. Maru adding on an armory. Overlord for soO is sacrificed into Maru's main base. soO sneaks a bunch of zerglings into Maru's main base. Tanks are successfully dropped behind soO's natural. Zerglings are cleaned up in Maru's main base, soO tries to get more in. Hellbats are morphed in soO's natural but are cleaned up by banelings. soO breaks Maru's wall with banelings but hellbats finish. Tanks are killing a lot of zerglings in soO's natural. Four zerglings deny mining at Maru's natural. | ||
