Rain has never had a great spell of real dominance, although of all the players discussed, he has by far been the most consistent.

Zest has been more consistent but remember he didn't play many PvTs and when he did he usually lost. So he had mainly done so well because of his godly PvP and PvZ. Dear was insane in every MU. So Dear had a higher peak performance imo.
