He's basically in the same position was as HyuN last year except HyuN won more things and didn't make Blizzcon.

But last year WCS was weighted twice as much as foreign events, while this year, foreign events are weighted twice as much as WCS events.
Thus Hyun didnt make it last year and Jaedong made it this year.
