Except Flash's best matchup is TvP. Mvp's worst matchup was TvP. Flash has been playing the best he has ever. Mvp was playing the worst he ever has up to that point. Flash is playing Protoss players from multiple teams. Mvp had to play Protoss players who were living in the same house against him. Flash did not have a broken body. Mvp did.

It was inevitably going to happen, even if Blizzard didn't make any changes. Blizzcon already heavily favours the Koreans that play international tournaments, and the new changes have no affect on this.
Maybe more would seek foreign teams if the new WCS 2015 restrictions don't come to play, but unless Blizzard makes drastic changes, I don't see how the new system would affect Koreans seeking foreign soil.
