Luck, happenstance and daily form will always be huge factors when the fate of a player is decided in 2-4 games. | ||

I'd say that male tennis despite the relatively short series is one of the least variable sports almost to an oppressive level. Just look at how heavily Federer Nadal and Djokovic have dominated the scene. | ||
