Not Maru, not Dear, not Bbyong, Roro, Marineking, Parting, not Flash's teammate in the KT Rolster team house TY, but somehow Flash can't play under this same single change? Flash is a person who fixes his keyboard position with a ruler. He's a perfectionist, more so than other players.

The foreign scene cannot compete in level of play, but foreign tournaments should be on even level with KeSPA as organisations. It's the korean scene that can not compete with the foreign scene when it comes to money. Sure we sacrifice some games right now, but the foreign market is too big for them to sit out forever. They would come around and finally we are on even terms. The KeSPa teams have a shit ton of money. If you believe there's money missing in Korea to grow the scene you are mistaken. The money is missing for all players to make a living out of being a progamer. It was the same in broodwar even though Broodwar was bigger. As you mentioned in KeSPa tournaments they would follow the rules: yes. But KeSPa doesn't enforce replays and only VODs ! Koreans bring a lot of value to the foreign tournaments, so while they might not be able to ignore the foreign scene, we surely cannot ignore getting players from Korea.A tournament without Koreans won by someone is a minor success, rarely valueable as Naniwa once said. Koreans kind of validate your tournamnet as high level.

I guess it would be interesting to see, if IEM enforced the rules, who would give in first? Would KeSPA come around and let their players play and upload replays, or would IEM change the rules first to get them to play again. I actually think it would be different from team to team, SKT and KT are really only interested in the Korean market, not so much Samsung for example, who send their players to all kinds of tournaments including HSC and LSC since Samsung has a global market.
