Why doesn't this caster duo (particularly PengWin who always sounds like calling by Skype using the mic on his laptop) care about audio quality? When they first started, it was acceptable for "new" casters (from the point of view of a WCS viewer, never heard about neither of them before), but as they are in it already for several seasons, they should really step it up. It's not that difficult. There are many community casters with much higher quality audio setups - while this is the freaking WCS.

HeroMarines was promising foreign Terran when I saw him playing last year(at least by my standards), but since then I didn't see him achieve anything at all, I don't know what happened but I feel that he is playing a lot worse.
Now I am sure Jjakji would win either way, but I still want to remind you guys that Heromarine isn't playing from home. He is most likely in an internet café or hotel room somewhere, as he is on vacation. I expect nothing else than a 3-0 in onesided games from Jjakji here.

Also Scarlett gets upset by players all the time (Hitman, Hendralisk, MaSa, etc.) that doesn't mean that Hitman, Hendralisk, MaSa can beat any Zerg they play now. It means they beat Scarlett in an upset

You can probably argue about Jim or Welmu being better than Vortix, but the top 5 should be set with those 3 and Snute/Scarlett. Earningwise Vortix is quite a bit ahead of Jim/Welmu/Scarlett though, with Snute being in a dominant position.

it was in the qualifier for that one MLG that had kespa qualifiers that Stats, Dear, and someone else won. Sacsri beat Innovation 2-1 when everyone expected Inno to cruise to qualify and people made a big deal about it for like 2 days and then forgot. I don't think it was streamed. I don't remember if those qualifiers were at all

Bunny played this game weird. His army couldn't take straight fights because of the lack of medis/marauders. Don't understand why he went with such an early Thor count when he could have just dumped that gas into medivac/mine to punish his opponent being behind.
Great decision to go for that "run-by", good play by both, but I agree what others have said here for the game 1 and that is that Bunny doesn't make enough Medivacs and doesn't drop almost at all. And that also applies to the game 2.

As far as I know only your own units can go through it. The only cross-ally shenanigans I know of that work is that you can mine gas using the gas buildings of your ally. If I build a Refinery on the gas of my ally, my Protoss/Zerg/Terran ally could mine from it. That and we used Vortex + Nuke a lot in the WoL days. Fun was had.

I veto'ed Fox early. Just unvetoed. It's cross spawns only now. But bottom left - top right vs bottom right - top left, seem to play out totally different, if there is a zerg involved.
This match makes me hate the bo5 system. Should be groups like Code A. Put Bunny and Sacsri in a group with 2 others, besides Jjakji maybe, and both go through. And both deserve to be in Premiere. Just sad.
Seriously if i were in a Bo5 with a 2 : 2 Series and in the deciding match some dude lags for 20 seconds, I'd freaking demand him or her to leave the game.
Can you imagine a bad lag an Engagement and bam , you just lost you whole freaking Premier Season cos of that 1 person?

The Thors targeting air is one of the best things Blizzard could've done I think. A brilliant suprise buff like the overseer speed buff. The effect is huge and maybe Muta micro will come back and we will see more differences between good and great zergs . Awesome games!

eh since the patch went live Aligulac has TvZ as being 117-107 in Terran's favor. Doesn't seem like anything too drastic so far in tournaments

than, mine got nerfed and terran buffs to compensate: better tanks, better upgrade system, stronger hellbat pushes. now, they revert the mine nerf and buff the thor on top off it. Terran being a little to strong seems very likely, considering that a balanced match up (old mine TvZ) got changed with nothing but terran buffs.
meanwhile, Zerg got better hydras
Its a little early for posts like this, wait 6 months and see how it goes. Personally speaking its Protoss thats giving the 2 other races the worst troubles and i dont think this patch will alter that, although Fantasy did show some promise with heavy widow mine usages in Pro-league a few days ago
