Well I gotta admit this was one tournament that was really awesome.

It was really nice to see how players behave and interact "off-screen" with each other, I especially liked
the interaction between JD and Stork when they played the BW show match their enjoyment was really palpable. <3

Overall a very well done tournament (2 foreigners in Semis?!!!) with a kind of "disappointing" finals due to the fact that
Taeja dominated MC so very much.

But I think there were so many moments leading up to it that will outweigh this final oh so much.

Thanks TakeTV and TaKe for making this tournament so enjoyable for both players and viewers!

Keep on rocking the house!

Stork made it to Ro16 by beating 2 eSF players....

do some research.

Is Terran supposed to be proud for this win? Not being condescending, I'm just asking.

And thsoe "esf players" made it into Code S by beating kespa players before that, so that whole sentence is totally meaningless. Btw. ESF disbanded months ago. I'd say, this win was highly likely, given, that a lot of the best terrans in the world participating here, while the top zergs and protosses where mostly missing, but a win is a win.

I also liked the fun-making casting of ToD, Destiny, and Incontrol. Made those finals actually fun, especially when MC went oracles 4 games in a row and lost.

EDIT: Also, you ESF vs KeSPA people need to give it a rest. The difference is literally meaningless.

Awesome awesome event. Can't stress that enough. I think I had more fun watching this than IEM Cologne which is saying a lot. I am now a fan of a bunch of pros that I didn't know too much about before.

Why are you trying to discuss that? The definition of being a Code S ro16 player is being in Code S ro16. It's like saying:
"If you think, Stork is a Protoss... lol".

I might hop on after i create the shoutcraft thread.

Okay awesome!

How do you switch servers again? Not that I would be worthy of actually playing, but I might want to just hang out a bit on second monitor or smth.

Pretty sure you can in the battle.net screen? I dunno never done it.

Top right of the menu window, you can be logged in when server switching.

Thank you

You guys are so butthurt lol, Destiny writes a post like 2 years ago and you will never forgive him for it even when he was right overall. You guys probably pray for death for a person who cut you off in traffic three months ago too.

Destiny was trying to sound like that 'fake hype' caster, bringing levity to a very sad situation, sorry if that seemed like annoying impressions to you but Destiny did the role to perfection.

Its pretty amazing you hate Destiny but completely ignore ToD being a passive aggressive dick the entire time. Or that Incontrol constantly mocks cultures, accents, languages, is always making putdown jokes like when he disgraced ToD's Warcraft III career and is disrespectful to everyone. But oh yeah, Destiny "ruined" the finals uh huh. Destiny doing a funny accent isn't really close.

Also there was the really sorry display of game knowledge being shown during the PDD conversation.

That said I agree that the casting ruined the finals but it wasn't Destiny's fault. What you guys are trying to hit on was that feeling like MC was being torn down by the casting and made to be even more humiliated which is true.

Although I laughed many times, I felt like I was seeing the teardown of a very important player to the scene. Now LeBron may have a cramp game and get taken to task for that, nobody is mocking LeBron DURING the game.

These guys hit a all new low for, not professionalism, that isn't the problem, its just showing respect to your superiors and trying to build up Taeja.

People make fun of Tasteless for this but seriously, this cast could have used his brand of kissing ass of the players to not be too negative.

I think you've to be at least playing at Master level or watched SC2 since the beginning to understand fake hype humor.
Guess what? Only 2% of players are in the master and very few have been watching SC2 since day 1.

For most of people, Destiny's joke was just not funny and it totally ruined the Grand Final.

No he still is. No one kicked him out of the Ro16. This season isn't over yet.
