I've never seen any SC2 client located anywhere actually capable of causing another client to get 'Waiting for Server'. I would expect any "China to NA issues" to cause clients in China to lag/spike, not causing the Observer PC to get 'Waiting for Server'? o_o | ||

Sounds like a problem on the observer's end | ||
