Harstem said he was like 1-21 vs Jjakji in ladder, I would imagine he played the time of his life in his first series while Jjakji didn't. So, I think the best chance to see two foreigners advance is for Harstem to win, although it still would be relatively low.

Thing is would you want to beat jjakji in ladder games before playing him in WCS? I kinda wouldnt, so jjakji gets complacent and then not prepare anything against me.

it's sad, he won that IEM tournament making me think, "wow, maybe MVP was being honest when he said he thinks YoDa is the best!", and now a a year or so later he struggles so hard to make Premier league in Europe (no knock on Europeans, I really think the gap is closing hard).
