Can I hope for Has 4 kill and HerO reverse allkill?
|
Yoeflash still has San and Leenock + ace revive. Not an easy match for Liquid.
|
Now Liquid is facing the tough part of their schedule. Definitely winnable for Yoe though I'd favor TL

I would love to see San vs SanFan
|
Of course I want Liquid to win.
|
Probably Liquid's toughest test yet. But I still think they'll win. HerO, TaeJa and Snute have all been playing well this ATC.

Has and Ian are no slouches either.
Ian Has Leenock San San
With that line-up I'm surprised yoeFW aren't higher than they currently are.
|
Also, I think if Liquid win this they'll already have qualified even if they lose all their remaining matches. 7-4 will probably be enough to get into the play-offs right?

Yeah, I was looking at their run so far while comparing it to Millenium's as they're both at 2-2. Both teams faced Axiom and a bottom team (col-Dignitas for yoeFW, Empire-Fnatic for M) but the rest is not reassuring for yoeFW because M already faced Liquid and Acer while yoeFW encountered NrS and EG so theorically, Millenium has an advantage over yoeFW. And I think mouz does as well.

And once again O'GamingTV is late and not embed on TL.

lmao, TLO is really gonna win this?

The only way this could be more of a TLO game is if he loses now.

Has made an in-base gateway. You'd think he'd hide it in the corner, no. Not Has! Has puts the gateway right in Bunny's face, blocking both gas geysers on Habitation with his pylon + gateway. Has probes & techs up behind it, takes the gold (of course.) and follows up with a 5gate all in.

Taeja is a bitch for Flashwolves, you don't want San against him, and yet I don't know if Leenock is enough...

such a sick hold by Taeja

Those two zealots on the third...TaeJa is dead?

A question for those more in the no than I, every lategame PvZ it seems I watch it seems that Protoss players are prioritising Tempests over Voids or even Carriers. I thought it was thought that you can make your army really lacking in DPS if you go Tempest heavy, albeit you do gain insane range?
|
I'm getting some real Nation Wars I Snute vs. Titan vibes here.

Carriers do nothing to upgraded corrupters ;-) VRs will be pulled into the oblivion(forest from spores). You do not have choice, though I prefer some VRs with storm as a protection from mass corrupters.

The amount of fucks that San doesn't give about PvZ is astounding.
|
lol san just rolled over him :OO this just isn't supposed to happen very lackluster scouting by snute of the army composition he was up against
|
|
Uncharacteristically sloppy by Snute.
|
That was way too close considering how much better San played

For a while I saw guys mixing a few Tempest in with quite a few VoDs, using Oracles to envision and slowly picking away from afar, with the Voids DPS being too good vs Corruptors for the Zerg to risk an engagement.
Gg from San there

Khaldor's title says it's Taeja. Not who I expected, honestly. I thought after 2 games in a row, with only a 1-game break, he wouldn't want to have to play potentially another 3.

Gg from San there Yeah, I tried this few times but I don't have the APM to control all my spellcasters (I am diamond EU, explains a lot :D)
I tried, but failed - Having mothership in place for cloaking field, then some templars forward to counter pulls(and for storm) but still in the cloaking field, some VR for overcharge and some oracles for vision/detection. All those units are so damn stubborn in flying in the worst possible direction(like templars at the back, mothership in the front and void rays over spores :D)
In theory it sounds really cool and if you have the proper control, it is something amazing to see. Unless you are the zerg player who is losing

Maybe he still hates PvP? Or Liquid feels that Taeja is a better matchup against both San and Leenock? Or maybe he's unavailable? Who knows?

I don't understand why you would send out Taeja when hero is the best player on Liquid right now...hell I would have sent out snute again. Taeja is in pretty bad form atm.

Hindsight my friend. Taeja was applying good pressure on San, and he definitely had some big advantages

Where did it go wrong for Taeja? He had a lot of snipes on templar and collosus. Was it the unchecked 4th? No successful drops on the nat or main? There were a ton of medivacs but no energy, overstim?

Alterzim good map for Protoss as well, it's difficult to really finish off your opponent given the sheer distance of reinforcement, albeit that game it wasn't cross pos at least.

Yeah, the unchecked 4th by San was big, and Taeja's 4th was saturated only in the finals moments of the game. San also managed a huge zealot runby into Taeja's 3rd, which messed up Taeja's economy and gave San an even bigger lead. San hit some great storms, Taeja didn't have ghosts (IIRC), and he rode the economic lead to victory
|
Austria24417 Posts
San's 4th base going up uncontested was the final blow really, San had a really high worker count very early on and all he had to do was just hold on and get a good enough army to push out
