I meant it in the sense that should they win their ro16 matches, which I will admit isn't too likely, they'd be matched up against each other. There are only 5 foreigners in the ro16, 2 of them are already matched up, and then the ro8 would see 2 more knocked out should they even make it that far.

Which would mean more likely to have foreigners in the ro4. I'd say that's about the best of a draw the foreigners can hope for.
I actually think Welmu has a very real shot at beating Innovation (he hasn't looked immortal lately and his TvP has always been suspect). Snute vs Hyun might also be close to 50/50.

Welmu tradionally has played awful vs terran. Welmu is realy good in PvZ, bit better than avarage in PvP but realy bad in PvT. I dont see Welmu winning Innovation

It is entirely possible. TY is probably better than MC but MC is very experienced at these events and as far as I know this is TYs 1st try at winning a foreign event. I think that will play a big role. As long as he is not up against a Korean protoss he can always be considered a favorite, he basically made a name for himself by winning these foreign events.
