Before he was exposed as a human he wasn't particularly charismatic or had a storyline, was just another good Korean Terran who would overwhelm anyone with mechanics and strategy.

He went from this evil Terran emotionless overlord into this scrappy underdog retired champ who used intelligence, cunning and willpower to win.

Across those GSL runs and his Proleague showings guy was a monster at his peak Innovation was pretty clearly god tier. Tournament wins are great but they're not as important as people make them out to be. Form is a much better indicator and he was dominant in all matchups, across team and individual leagues. Ridiculous team-league performance for both AxAcer and Acer in ATC. Bunch of RO4 finishes in top-tier tournaments, not to mention his ridiculous performance in Proleague with 3 all-kills.

Nah its Zest and Dear. They both did what Innovation couldn't and won two back to back Korean championships. (Or in Dear's case WCS season 3 finals)

Mvp is a god of course but I always felt with him it was a quiet confidence in him winning, not a 'he's going to tear shit up' like I got with Inno Apparently he's opening up and showing his personality though so I'll have to avoid things exposing that. I prefer him as the emotionless Starcraft machine

Outside of that pretty cool matchups, god an actual racial mix in a Ro16 how refreshing Especially so soon after spewing a bunch of posts about how protoss can't win late game against Terran. Maybe he'll go for the trifecta and say Terran can't beat zerg Sorry I can't hear you from atop my Axiom fanatic horse ![]() How mature, lucky you're super important, not just one of us worthless LR plebs or you wouldn't be here anymore Turns out of you contribute to the scene rather than run around calling people whores and bitches in an LR thread, you get some perks.
