Well there are no other people than stuff, so who is he gonna hear? And I do not think he understands English enough to take an advantage from commentary. In fact, if he does not understands well the English on the background and trying to understand it is worse than silence... So I think it is not that big deal... remember, it is 1 AM in Germany ;-)
