Rain: I saw you saw my stargate, and I think you will try to punish my stargate opener that you think I'm going for, so I wil try to punish that with DT. Free win.

Zest 2 - 1 Rain so far, for those who forgot already or just tuned in. Map: Frost LE 0:00 Rain top left, Zest bottom left. No jokes available currently. I am dis-hyped by the last game. 2:00 Nothing happening, except Tasteless doing his "I don't have anything to comment on"-talk which is actually kind of entertaining but not as good as it could be 3:00 Hot6 advertisement! We definitely need that after game 3. 3:47 Zest Stargates at home, again pretty early (before warp gate). Artosis "likes" that. 4:20 Rain going Twilight, which is what "PvP has become, twilight vs. stargate" - Artosis. 4:50 Tasteless predicts Zest to go for an oracle first, which is correct ![]() 5:00 Stalker of Zest shoots lasers into Rain's MSC's face which is fun because the guy only wanted to check the natural. 5:40 Zest throwing down twilight councl, too. Oracle enters base of Rain, gets one kill because the laser fists of the overcharge punch away at the guy. He'll just chill and try to catch a break. 6:20 Rain going Robo, which counters blink from Zest. Since protoss can go 2-3 tech paths off of one base in PvP, it's kinda like rock paper scissors but you can play two hands each turn. so rock + paper beats scissors + rock or so? 8:00-8:30 Nexus for both players, no real aggression, Rain is just poking on that nexus a bit. Zest waits for his blink to finish so he can defend

Zest waits for his blink to finish so he can defend 9:00 "Oracles don't die" - Artosis and indeed, 3 blink stalkers fail to kill the oracle of Zest (20 hp left even) 9:30 Immortal production for Rain, +1 for Zest which is "very nice" because upgrades "can change a battle" - Artosis 10:30 rather late forge for Rain, Immortal production started for Zest, too. 11:00 I just see that Rain has great scouting intel of Zest's base. But he misses -> 11:30 Zest's stalkers moving out, they'll probably try to poke and OMG there's a free immortal no, he's backed up close call! 12:00 additional gateways for Zest (4-5 more I think) 12:30 5 more gateways for Rain (he's not supposed to take a third before 8 gates I think) 13:00 Oracle finally dies (SO MUCH FOR "ORACLES DON'T DIE"), Zest's blink stalkers take a beating from immortals but manage to escape. 14:00 Zest 97 - 95 Rain (supply), Archons for Zest and some defensive cannons, while Rain takes a third. Looks like Zest just wants to allin at this point with Archon/Immortal. His army is smaller than Rain's though.. 15:00 Zest taking a third base. His indecisiveness might cost him the game, since Rain is really solid.

His indecisiveness might cost him the game, since Rain is really solid. 16:00 Warpprism in Zest's main, and KABOOM RECALL OMG LASERS #dedprism 16:50 Colossus tech now for Zest. What is this guy doing, I don't get it. But since he's the code S guy, I bet he knows what he's doing 17:30 Rain willing to push on zest's third, spreads out, goes in! 18:00 huge fight, Lasers, immortal hits, looks like Rain just runs over Zest but Zest somehow holds on! Hallucinations soak up so much damage, but I'm not sure who wins this now! 18:30 So when judging laser fights in PvP, just take a look at the supply count: Rain got this, 90-45 supply. and now RAIN dances! GG Rain ties it up, 2-2. That sucks, I like Zest.
