Good thing Kabel Deutschland exists(30 down, 1.5 up in my area) I have to disagree with that, I live in a village with only around 1000 inhabitans and I can watch 5 streams on source at the same time without having problems (At least on a day, where twitch doesn't suck). There are a places with quite good internet outside of big cities as well. Maybe my area is just shit. But Kabel Deutschland is perfect for Twitch for some reason. But its really unstable here, which is annoying.
I think it really depends on the exact location, like I said, on my place everthing is fine, one village further, They have something like DSL 3000 (or even 1000?) or something.

No i guess it just sounds nicer than A, B, C and D stream and doesnt devalue them if you order them by importance. Makes them more attractive you know?^^
I think German internet is one of the best in Europe from my experience. I think Sweden is better but ive never been there.
