I think the big cities are fine, but the rest is underdeveloped. The best connection I could get from the big provider would be DSL 6000 lol.
Good thing Kabel Deutschland exists(30 down, 1.5 up in my area) But its unstable as hell

it's mixed. I live in a street where I get unstable 16k down and 0.8k up which is more like 12k down 0.5k up while 2 streets further a friend of mine gets 50k down 12k up for about the same prize. And I'm living in a decently large city (Bremen). It's worse on the countryside.
Also lots of provides are limiting internet usage nowadays (Kabel Deutschland which offers the 50k connection let's you transfer 60gb per day, if you get over the 60gb you get limited to 1k download speed)

I have to disagree with that, I live in a village with only around 1000 inhabitans and I can watch 5 streams on source at the same time without having problems (At least on a day, where twitch doesn't suck). There are a places with quite good internet outside of big cities as well.

Maybe my area is just shit. But Kabel Deutschland is perfect for Twitch for some reason. But its really unstable here, which is annoying.
