I can't believe that wasn't streamed.

How do you think this mess compares to the WCS NA Qualifiers? Man do I love qualifiers in SC2 recently, always drama eh Nova?! WCS AM still unrivaled imho :D fun times ^^ Oh yeah I had quite some fun here on TeamLiquid and on twitter :D The best thing was when Zealously tweeted at MrBitter and NASL the video of their talk show (the Pulse I think it was called) where they went ape shit on MLG and Blizzard for their handling of the 2013 WCS AM season 1 qualifier. They said stuff like "someone else should have been running these" (obviously referring to themselves) and "it should have been run so much better". Such hypocrisy Well let us see how the next qualifier works out....:D I think it's run by ESL so no problem. Are you sure? I thought they will announce a new partner for next season soon(TM)? MLG?... If so hopefully they learned something. Maybe Red Bull I think TakeTV

Root have really underestimated Punchline in my opinion. With no disrespect they shouldn't send out players like Sasquatch, CatZ and Caliber over players like MaSa and Minigun. That decision could come back to bite them in the arse.

it's a joke, and you'd have to be pretty daft to see that post as dragging prop and ai in the mud

Apparently it was the event organizers who chose not to discuss this with some of the team owners.
What now?

Hey I'm trying to be careful because the last time I got in a tangle with TaKe over miscommunication regarding one of his events we lost the PR war and Axioms manager got publicly crucified by Reddit. I'd rather not have that happen again, but in this case, none of the teams were made aware of what was going on in the qualifiers before they agreed to play and the rules we got don't cover what is going on right now. Yeah that is a problem.
As a team owner you should discuss this privately with the event organizers, not bitching about the situation on public forums.
As someone with no stake in this what-so-ever, I would suggest you stop trying to order around those that do.

Here are some free advice Take & Co:
If you want more eyeballs on your tournament cause you feel you HAVE TO have MC and others in your Team League how about you have a Team League for actual Teams and then you can have a "GET YOUR FRIENDS TOGETHER TO FIGHT FOR CASH"-tournament that everyone can join as long as they are friends? Oh, and maybe talk sc2 together? Oh yeah, and maybe some of them could live together? Skypegroup vs Skypegroup, going to be epic.
