After a vote on Gamer.no, the community decided with 1400 votes on a Starcraft II tournament. Sponsored by SteelSeries with a 40,000NOK (~$6700) prizepool divided into two seasons. Participation from the very best of what Norway has to offer.
Snute, TargA, Eiki, Prebs are the invited players.
Snute, TargA and Eiki brought home the victory in O'Gaming TV's NationWars, while Prebs was the champion in the previous tournament held by Gamer.no.
Then after a qualitication tournament, we have all the premier division players:
Group A:
TargA, Eiki, HOODOUT, Shad, MangO, Emperor, AldriSiAldri, Snitchables
Group B:
Snute, Prebs, SolO, Icho, Riska, Kjeks, Scyther, Creamcake
17.03.2014 will be the first gameday, with many games casted.
19:00: SolO vs Kjeks
20:00: Snute vs CreamCake
21:00: TargA vs Snitchales
22:00 Shad vs MangO

Awesome to see SC2 voted in :D Going to be a cool tournament to watch, hopefully some of the unknown players (at least to me) do well!

Was glad to see that SC2 took the vote! Think we can safely say that Snute has a pretty good grasp on this tournament. Hopefully we see some more great play from Eiki. His games in NationWars showed good potential and I hope that we see some more growth in this league.

I managed to use 19:00 CET in the calendar, so that's 1 hour wrong.
Starting in 20 minutes from this post... I'm so annoyed by myself now...

Pretty cool line up, I love tournaments with some lesser known, high level players. There are some obvious favorites but there is always some unknown talent at the top of regions you'd not know were you not playing them consistantly.
