Life just played straight up games, ling-bane into infestor, getting brood lords in lategame.
what made the difference is that Life hardly ever made roaches vs T and always alway always was trying to break the terran with ling-bane only.
you can't really call Life an abuser for playing lategame too

Taeja went further in every GSL except 1 with an 80% win rate vs Zerg, also beating Soulkey the season before he won a GSL. Innovation was stomping as well though towards the end.

Life is still a great player and one of the best Zergs but it's silly saying that if you win a GSL you're automatically better, especially when Life hasn't been doing anywhere near as well than when he was in late WOL.
