that move was bronze micro. Obviously it's not indicative of Squirtles general skill level.

Bronze don't micro. They just mass carrier mothership (and kill you because you were like : "oh this guy is bad i'm going to Qaudruple expand) :p

play against Bronze on Korean server. They actually do the builds pro players do. They execute them terribly and their decision making is awful but they have a real game-plan and understand that SC2 is not quite the same as Age of Empires

So basically KR bronze is AM/EU GM?

To give a serious answer for once: I'd say more like gold-league on EU/AM. Maybe Platin.

That is a big exaggeration. KR is probably strongest in GM and master but people overestimate their lower league players way too much.

maybe I'm slightly off but I don't think by much. When I last played on NA and went from placement matches to Master I didn't hit any players who knew what they were doing until at least Gold league. Players who just build stuff for the sake of it, no actual game-plan involved.

On Korea my first game against a Bronze-league player I won easily but he actually executed a marine-hellion-medivac play pretty well with good timing and everything. He knew what he was doing, he had a gameplan and a build order and practiced to execute it. He couldn't keep up after that though

That's a huge difference, not only in mechanics but mostly in the thinking involved

Yeah. It's kind of awesome when you watch "The genius" and see guys that are 40+ 50+ year old know who is Yellow or Boxer. No one in my country would know any famous player even Elky is just unknown

how many late teens/early 20s do you think know stephano?

Don't make fun of it. That's how David Kim balances TvP. Mvp 100% winrate in PL. 66.67& Terrans passed in ro32. Balanced. Some might even say overpowered.

well Germany is especially awful. Or maybe that's just my region here in the North of Germany. But nobody here knows much about SC2. People know that it exists but they only watch LoL or no Esports at all. Not even Dota or CS:GO.

Yeah. It's kind of awesome when you watch "The genius" and see guys that are 40+ 50+ year old know who is Yellow or Boxer. No one in my country would know any famous player even Elky is just unknown

We live in the wrong country my friend :/

well Germany is especially awful. Or maybe that's just my region here in the North of Germany. But nobody here knows much about SC2. People know that it exists but they only watch LoL or no Esports at all. Not even Dota or CS:GO.

Well in France no one knows even LoL... So...

Starcraft is just so ingrained into their culture they just go about it differently. We play a game. They live a lifestyle

Well at least your country have talked about ESL... on national tv

Yeah german esports is quite good. Just wish the crowds were more passionate then it would be perfect
To all the haters: you deserve to witness many, many more Serral victories, worthy of the godlike player he is.

MVP, Life, Nestea. On screen at the same time. I'm drooling

why are people still obsessed with MVP and Nestea? I mean, I wish them all the best but both of them are confirmed Code B level. MVP sometimes shows his willpower and takes a game of someone who is 3 times as fast, but Nestea is barely good enough to beat up mid tier foreigners right now.

Innovation and Flash are also "Code B level."

lol.

I don't think Flash is better than Mvp tbh
