Twitch doesnt work fluently in every EU country, France is one of them. Problem known for 3 years.


Well, I'm in Germany and Twitch laggs for me right now, even though Twitch worked the whole week without a problem.
And I'm in France with one of the ISPs that's supposedly doing traffic shaping to kill Twitch over here and it's working perfectly fine, even though it was crap last year.

Seems to be pretty random pretty much everywhere.
