It could probably work since yea the fungals did seem to do nothing when he chained a decent amount. | ||

I think you can't compare PvT between WOL and HOTS. In WOL, there was no MsC or oracle so the 9-10min stim push in PvT was so powerful that Protoss could hardly multitask with another front because it needed all the units to defend. They were just not given the opportunity to multitask, not that they couldn't. It's still viable for protoss in PvT to sit back on 3 bases in hots, isn't it? I see it all the time, but now better Protoss are mixing in aggressive multi-tasking - which I love btw. Yeah being defensive is still viable, huge difference with HOTS PvT is that aggression too has become more rewarding so Protoss has choices unlike before I guess. I mean when MC does well you know the meta is in favor of aggressive style ---- Watching this PvZ was so entertaining. No SH sitting and 2 aggressive players. :D. GGWP Jaedong. Even though he won he does not really show confidence, that's very odd. Hopefully he'll show less shaky games. | ||

P.S. That was an amazing comeback from JD, I felt like he was completely dead after he lost his gold base. I think it was just such a creative build from Stardust that even he forgot to move his army back after killing the gold. I think if he did that and protected his robo, he wins pretty easily. | ||
