Well, I guess then I'll go with the second-best thing and knock out Zerg players instead. I don't know much about zheryn and enema is already picked, but stuchiu is a writer and writers don't actually play this game. So I pick stuchiu because I think I can knock him out easily (maybe with a BC-rush or a ghost-rush or maybe 3 times proxy 2-rax in a row just for the sake of it). Also I ask stuchiu to pick zheryn so I can knock out one more Zerg on my way to the round of 8.
If this thread doesn't get at least 20 pages of BM and shitposts, I will not play in the next LRSL season, making that season a bigger joke tourney than the MLG vs PL tournament.

None of those listed strategies do that well against 10 pool so maybe stuchiu wasn't the pick for you.

normally it goes this way: Group a the first one picks, then group b the first one picks when every group is finished with the picks, the second of group a picks one etc. but we kinda messed this up, so yeah now the second one of group a and then of group c needs to pick.

Gumba seems good enough, albeit he lucked out in facing an out-of-shape Wombat. Not sure if he's too into mech though! Destructicon has already had his pick, but equally his calm robotic logic would make it impossible for you to make him cry.
Well there are only terran players left and this means one terran player will advance for sure out of my group. My plan with balance complaining seems to not work out in the end. Do I have to prepare for this now or is my group easy enough that I´ll crush it anyway?

I planned to spend this weekend to practice, but seeing how I'm not getting picked I'm getting quite confident. Will instead play Hearthsthone, drink beer and do laundry. Might catch jjakji's games as well.

Okay, only terrans left. That's good, at least that's one more in the group with a race as shitty as mine. I'll go for herMan, let the slaughter of the Finns commence.

So in group D with one top 250 EU Zerg one GM Toss and a shitty terran sounds interesting. I actually believed advancing through the round of 16 might be challenging but if all I have to do is beat Luolis and another low master terran then I won't complain.

There's eight groups and only four first seeds?
I think DarkLolli took the results of the first LRSL tournament for seeding. Fame where fame belongs!

TvT is a true test of skill for a mirror match up, there is no such thing as a BO loss if you play smart, scout well and react appropriately, generally the best player wins, unlike PvP

so I got 2 Ts and 2 Zs in my group. I think I've successfully crafted the best (most entertaining, not skill-wise, my opponent's are mostly bad) group in EU.

okay, time to play SC2 again after a week's absence because of Guild Wars.
