Well, until hero lost his army, i'd say hero was in control of the game, sniping multiple bases.. Although he seemed a bit late on high tech units.
DRGs tech was good, his army intact and he still had 3bases with all the workers he needs, right? I think the game was quite even at this point, the naturally DRG had to make something work since he didn't go mutas and faced double robo. But he probably had a window there to get something done, one way or the other.
