Asus apparently doesn't like giving free money to Acer players. But either way, let's get this rolling!

Remember the invites are players who have requested an invite and are able to participate. I'm sure at least the Acer Terran players would have been a welcome sight in a tournament this Protoss/Zerg heavy.

Amazing lineup! Should be really interesting to watch this mix of players duke it out, although I imagine it will be very Korean-dominated.

Damn I'm so sad this overlaps with IEM Sao Paulo since I have the opportunity to attend IEM but almost every single player I was hopping to see is gonna be in Asus ROG instead

I'm guessing that MMA, Innovation, other Acer players rejected the invites (or at least Acer did), as I'm quite positive they would have been sent invitations considering their skill, their Terran race, and the fact that they got a ton of invites last time.

It's possible that some of them are attending IEM S.P. instead which is just fine because there's a ton of good players in that one already!

I don't know about an invite for you specifically, but to my knowledge there were several other ACER players that got invited to the tournament. Just mentioning this because the "accusation" that ASUS wouldn't invite ACER players is absolutely ridiculous, especially given past tournaments.

No

I don't know about an invite for you specifically, but to my knowledge there were several other ACER players that got invited to the tournament. Just mentioning this because the "accusation" that ASUS wouldn't invite ACER players is absolutely ridiculous, especially given past tournaments.

Well, now I have no idea. Who do I believe?

As far as i know only Scarlett was invited but we can consider her a foreign hope rather than Acer player in this case

I gotta agree that there should be more Terrans but weak line up? What? Patience, NaNi, Alicia, Jaedong, HerO, TaeJa, ForGG, Dear, Stardust, Solar, Life, San etc.. I mean yeah it's not the craziest line up there's EVER been but what did you expect? Soulkey, Flash, PartinG, Maru, INnoVation, sOs, TY, Rain and herO? How often there even is any tournaments that have good line ups if you think is one is weak lol. KeSPA players are also playing PL atm and this is offline tournament in Europe.
