RSL have to my knowledge always been on NA server whenever two players from different regions are playing each other, which means server advantage for Scarlett in every single game from RSL 2 to 5 (maybe except for the series against Polt in RSL 5. Don't know if he was in the states when they played in June 18). Perhaps the server policy got changed along the way so they took turns or something, but I'm fairly certain that it was always NA in the earlier ones. | ||
