The time has been changed. But the first match is delayed for almost 1 hour because the late announcement of time change last night.
The Korean organizer sent the email about time change at 1:30am local time. Taiwanese team has already gone to bed at the time. They did not know this until the leader of Taiwanese team fell across with a Chinese caster this morning.

It will be updated I'm sure. Just happened yesterday. TLPD isn't always updated instantly.
