Man, what a great end to a shaky season of GSTL. So proud of Axiom-Acer, they really did deserve this given how dominating they were during the regular season. But congrats to Azubu as well for doing so well in the playoffs and making such an exciting finals.

MMA, Ryung and Alicia are now the first 3x GSTL champions in SC2 history. Interesting to note how each victory for them resulted in an ace match victory (MMA over Mvp in Game 9, MMA over DRG in Game 9, and now Innovation over Supernova in the ace).

Innovation was truly the MVP though. He led his team not only to a Proleague Championship, but also a GSTL championship. Unquestionably the best teamleague player of 2013 period.

In a year full of 4-0 finals and 4-1 finals, it's been a while since we've had such a close, tight finals.

Without a doubt, this was the best finals series of the year thus far. Insane TvT series between Innovation and Supernova. Hats off to them!

You haven't watched Taeja's domination in IPL TAC3 have you? And the teams were much stronger.

Results and Championships. Innovation led Soul to a Proleague Championship, and he just led Axiom-Acer to another GSTL Championship. Getting the gold is really important. Plus, the competition at the Proleague level was insane, because PL was the first priority of all the Kespa teams and the best players in the world were all playing in that tournament (except for a few stars, such as Life). Furthermore, all the matches were played in a LAN setting.

Don't get me wrong, Taeja's run in IPL TAC 3 was amazing and inspiring. If only Liquid could have supported him better. If he had been on any other team he would have won that tournament.

Imo, Incredible miracle were a much stronger team in 2012 than any team there has ever been in SC2 and Taeja went 7-1 against them and had carried them to the finals and would've won if it they didn't have to win 2 bo9s. Even HerO, their second best player only went 3-4 so Taeja's accomplishment was more impressive as Innovation had Dear, Trap, Hyvaa etc in STX SouL and MMA, Ryung, Crank, Alicia, Impact. And Startale, Prime, SlayerS, IM were way stronger than most teams nowadays.

Anyways, Innovations TvT is looking really strong and grats to Axiom-Acer.

Widow mine marine drop followed by a 1 base 1-1-1 marine tank banshee with a raven too. Supernova started to bunker in the natural of Inno after killing the natural OC. Inno countered with a 16 marine drop that cleaned out Supernova's undefended main. Innovation was able to come back and clean up the forces of Supernova as they tried to break into his main and took the win

The KesPA teams (before the collapse) would have thrashed any of the teams you mentioned.
