(Not a troll question) 1) He is not as bad as everyone is implying. 2) On a professional team you are (hopefully) treated as a professional, even in bad times. You don't stop paying a professional, you re-negotiate the contract when it comes time to renew it or release the player if you don't want him to represent your team. 3) Team liquid has a history of being loyal to their players, long past what most other teams tend to. 4) We don't know how much Zenio get's paid. It is possible he is just given a spot in the team house, gaming equipment and a small salary for food, and anything beyond that is supposed to come from tournament winnings (pure speculation on my part). | ||

You can re-negotiate the contract once it runs out, but Liquid isn't a team that would stop paying someone out of the blue because they're not performing up to standard. | ||

We don't really know how good Zenio is in practice either. Some people just chronically underperform in tournaments... | ||
