Maybe. He made spur of the moment choices that most of the time throws conventional play out of balance and he has the superior control to make it fall into his favor. It's great to watch but requires him to be in tip top condition all the time to win against tougher opponents.
His decision making can be very good when coupled with in form control, but he never seem to play the opponent or play the map, and I don't think he plans his series at all. Just the feeling I have when I watch him play.

Well, he kinda sniped ForGG (who is predictable, that's the truth), in other games they are pretty evenly matched. So i think it is rather even, unless Hack actually has horrible TvP and not San having good PvT.
