So have all these community figures still not figured out that it is wise to hide your ip and skype through a proxy? So many obvious targets still have not taken the proper precautions, or the attackers have found some flaw in bnet that let's them obtain the ip, but that seems more unlikely.

Sad that some people feel the need to do shit like this, but it only takes a few idiots to ruin it for everyone.

It is not as easy as you make it. It is one thing for someone on a DSL connection, but it is different if you run on a dedicated line with a static IP.

I guess most of the players like Vortix, Lucifron and Snute at least run a standard DSL connection where resetting your IP is very easy.

Why did you remove the majority of your post? Just curious, it seemed informative.

I guess because the part about static IP was not correct anyways.
Edit: Or let's say: it contained a lot of assumptions, which could very well be wrong.

Nice nidus play from TLO after falling significantly behind but looks like Nerchio barely held and takes a big lead.

Because I felt it implied that Take did not do enough while to be honest I do not have enough information to comment on Take's situation. If this is a persistent problem for Take, then I'm sure he has contacted his ISP about possible solutions. Further now that I think about it I'm not sure how efficiently you could block a LOIC attack without interfering with other UDP traffic (I would guess sc2 uses udp).

Maybe on my end (not sure how Twitch load balances, if it's geographic, etc.), but that's an internal error from the server, not my browser.

Yes, it does use UDP; at least since WoL beta is over.

Is there an English stream for this? Also, is there a stream showing the Naniwa games?

No stream for the winner bracket, 2 streams for Welmu-Bly, 2 for TLO-Nerchio. I'm not usually someone who complains about casters but come on...

50/50 chance they go to fun 4v4s instead of casting the finals these casters seem allergic to the winner's bracket in general.

Take dropped from the first BK vs ForGG game. Naniwa vs Grubby was casted as a vod to be released later.

These casters have compatriots in LB and cater to their local audience.

That's the only explanation I can think of and it sucks. It would be nice to have a stream that just cares about showing the most important games.
